“Paella” is the most universal rice dish. Originating in “Valencia” region of Spain, it is one of the most         imitated dishes in the world and one of the most difficult to produce.  There are many different styles of Paella in Spain, we offer you “our” unique version.  Some say that there are as many Paella recipes as there are people.  Our Paellas are prepared fresh, so please allow 25 – 30 minutes cooking time, and another 5 minutes for the rice to settle & flavours to harmonize.
